Certifications
The rail-mounted container gantry crane is suitable for the handling and loading and unloading of international standard containers in container yards and railway container transfer stations. It is supported on the rail by steel wheels and powered by mains electricity. Its design, manufacture and inspection implement DIN, FEM, IEC, AWS, GB and other domestic and foreign standards as well as newly promulgated national standards. The machine has stable performance, long service life, high production efficiency, wide operating range, and convenient use, maintenance and maintenance. It consists of a cart, a gantry, a cable reel, a trolley and a special spreader for containers. With perfect safety instructions and overload protection devices, it can effectively ensure the safety of operators and equipment. The electric drive adopts the unique technology of full digital AC frequency conversion and PLC control speed regulation, with flexible control and high precision. Standard purchased parts from domestic and foreign brands ensure the quality of the whole machine.
It can load and unload 20', 40', 45' international standard containers. The lifting capacity are generally 36t and 40.5t. According to the different sites, container storage and transportation process and loading and unloading vehicles, the span can be 26m, 30m, 35m; the cantilever is divided into structural forms such as no cantilever, single cantilever and double cantilever; the lifting height can be divided into three to four piles and four to five piles. There are two types for container rotation: upper trolley rotation and lower spreader rotation.

This means you can position containers more accurately, reduce collision risks, and improve handling speed. Stable lifting also reduces wear on mechanical parts and extends the service life of the spreader.
