Yuantai brand single girder overhead cranes include newly designed European single girder overhead crane(HD type) and Traditional single girder hoist overhead crane(LD type). Usually, the main beam is a box-type main beam structure, which is more sturdy and durable.
These two types of single-girder bridge cranes adopt different design standards, and the configuration, performance and cost are also different. However, they can all meet the needs of use in general scenarios, such as lifting materials in factory, warehouses, processing workshops and other environments.

Main Components
A single-beam bridge crane consists of several structural and mechanical parts that work together to move loads efficiently. Among these, the main beam, end beam, and hoist are core components.

The main beam spans across the working area and serves as the primary structural element supporting the hoist and trolley. It is usually constructed from either rolled I-beams or welded box sections, depending on load requirements and design specifications. The material selection and structural profile ensure the beam has adequate stiffness to resist bending and deflection during operation. Proper beam alignment and reinforcement are critical to maintaining load stability and consistent hoist travel.
The end beam is positioned at both ends of the main beam and plays a structural and functional role. It connects the main beam to the traveling mechanism and supports the wheels that engage with the runway rails. This configuration enables the crane to move horizontally along the working area. The end beam is designed to maintain alignment and load balance during travel. It also accommodates the drive motors and gearboxes that power the crane's movement across the span.

Wireless remote control offers more flexible control while providing you with a safer way to do so. If you are using the remote control, you can operate it while watching the load move. The range of remote control is usually within a hundred meters. Cabin control gives a full workspace view and is best for long shifts or precise positioning. All options include emergency stop and safety interlocks.
4. Color and Finish

It is equipped with a variety of protection mechanisms such as linkage protection, overload protection, zero protection, and limit protection to ensure the reliable and secure operation of the crane.
