1. Bridge
The bridge is the structural backbone of the semi‑gantry crane, providing the platform for load transfer and movement. It integrates several key components—main girder, upper and bottom beams, landing legs, and ladder landing—each engineered for strength, safety, and ease of installation.


1.1 Main Girder
The primary girder supports the entire hoist load and guides the trolley down the runway. The structure consists of welded U-steel and I-beam sections made of Q235B or Q345B steel (equal to Fe37 or Fe52). To counteract deflection under load, the girder has a regulated camber of 1/1000 to 1.4/1000 of the span, with the largest rise at the span's midway (S/10). The trolley is equipped with bumpers at both ends to prevent overtravel. Dynamic analysis assures that the full-load natural frequency remains above 2Hz while the hoist is centered, preventing resonance during cyclic operations.
1.2 Landing Legs
The landing legs are made of welded plate steel with a tapered flange-box profile. They transition from a large top flange that attaches to the bottom beam to a narrower base flange for floor mounting. 1.3 Ladder Landing

2. Crane Traveling Mechanism
