The customer fabricates large precast concrete elements weighing up to 20 ton each. Their process requires lifting panels immediately after demolding, transferring them to curing racks, rotating some panels on edge for steam curing, and finally loading them onto transport trailers for delivery to construction sites. To maintain a cycle time of one panel every two hours, the yard needed a crane capable of:
